Happy days !

20 min AMRAP ; 5x handstand push up – 10x pistols – 15x KB swing 12/16 kg   ( scaled; 3x wall walk with shoulder touch)

2nd day of the New Year brought back some interesting techniques

We did a Deadlift / pull up workout today. 1 min 5 x 75% Max Deadlifts 2 min 10 x chest 2 bar pullups / pullups for girls. 3 min 5 x deads 4 min 10 x pull….etc for 20 mins work. Some great results but lots of work to do to get back up…
