The crossfit games started today. Lots of fun watching it online. Norway 🇳🇴 started of great with Kristin Holte winning the first event “The bicycle 🚲 race”

I’m guessing (like everybody else) that Tia Toomey and Mat Fraser will take gold this year also. Tia pulled 190 kg in the deadlift doing Crossfit Total in 12 minutes 😅

Meanwhile at Bryggen the girls where doing curls 😂😂😂
