Cindy-like workout today. These pure body weight workouts are interesting cause they favor those who are strong compared to their own bodyweight. Referred to as relative strength. I can assure you that Ove is much stronger than me, but that does not show in a challenge like this one 😃
Judging pushups is an impossible task. It’s just to many variables. I made sure my body and nose touched the floor each rep. Hoping to not get criticized after the workout 😅
