Today’s wod was like a team two double Fran with raising bar. It was intense, but not nearly as horrible as Fran herself. It’s unbelievable what a little break between thrusters can do for your spirit.

Since we had a “Trainers meeting” today, discussing how to make the programming at Bryggen as super good as humanly possible, I did not take any pictures. My head I full of important stuff, so I’m not gonna bother with the blog 👻
