There are many things that gets in the way for a strict handstand push up. It’s just half a press, since the head hits the floor half way down, but the upper body strength needs to be in place. A boy should be able to grab a bar and strict press his own weight. (70% for girls) Then doing it upside down for half the movement would be no problem. On top of that you may be scared of falling down the 10 centimeters and kill yourself 😂

fter handstand practice all did a fun team two with an explosive pull and push, followed by light squats and presses with open hip on the top. So did Snorre and Camilla but they kept it simple. 500 swings and goblets gives you all that 😎
