Here we are.
Tonight is the announcement of the first 2018 Open Workout.
I’m excited but also stressed as it will be my first Open in a complete different position.
Our goal is to try to have the Open wods every Friday in classes and then Sunday.
Of course it will depend on logistic and material. If this is not possible then we would have a plan B.
So I hope we won’t have something that involves putting tapes on the floor or the walls depending on the size of the persons …
