Row and run is sort of a light cardio variant of the Litvinov workout. It works great. In teams of two it makes a nice interval.

He started the class doing a headcount, making sure people was booked on class, and attending. From 1 of September we will be 4-5 coaches having classes. We will drop the maximum number to 12 persons each class. We want to heighten the quality. Sooooooo …. that means things will be better, but a little bit stricter 👹
