The Litvinov workout is famous as fu##!

There are lots of variations. The magic happens when you lift something heavy and perform a “sprint” of some sort before recovering. Today we did 5 rounds of squats and rowing. The total workout time was approximately 7 minutes for most of us. Think about it. Seven minutes!!

I can guarantee you. If you do this 3 times a week , and your identical twin sister does Zumba fitness and Bodypump every day, for one hour a day. YOU will be a lean and mean animal , and your sister will look like a pice of crap 💩 standing next to you.

Norway has a tradition for long slow distance. It makes you look like a walking dead 💀 And weaker than Keith Richards.

There is another thing that is on the top of the list worthwhile doing. Olympic Weightlifting 🏋️ Its the only sport that will make you better in any sport that you are already doing. Marcus beat his own Norwegian record at Bryggen today. He is awesome 👏🏻
