The workout was great today 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Love that comp train repeats this one.

I often joke around with the police members 👮‍♀️ saying they better hope crossfiters don’t turn into criminals cause they will never catch them. And if they do it’s not gonna help 😂😂😂 But today something really cool happened. Jarle works as a judge. He beat all the police boys and firemen today !! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 Soooo … Watch out for our own Judge Dredd. He might just take matters in to his own hands 💪🏻

Have to remember to put all the wall ball targets back up high!!! The girls get a double scale. Both lower target AND lighter ball 🧐
