Today’s wod was “Lillemann” made by Per’s brother Ove Hordnes. Per is married to Lena Berntsson Hordnes. She is the Swedish champion in both weightlifting and 100 m sprint one million times. Lena is old school, she splits everything. Lena is cool 😎 Be like Lena.

Today we got a new member. Her name is Tuva. Tuva is very strong 💪🏻 Be like Tuva.

Our American friend came on a visit. He impressed us also. Gunn’s favorite hobby is to irritate Stian 😜
