Joined the class , and liked the short workout. I know a lot of you want the wods to be long, Always!
BUT , Bryggen is not a “calorie burning camp” We want you to train as good as possible. A total of 25-50 heavy reps are most often better than one hundred light ones. Glad the wod was 12 min.
That being said , I made five weeks for you. 25 workouts with old school stuff. Strengt work before he WOD three times a week. Team workouts every Monday. A lot of the wods are in the 20-30 minute window. My fans will be happy. The rest of you can comfort yourselves with the notion that you will be in really good shape when this is over. Lots of hard work.
Tire slams are cool. Like an explosive sit up standing up with a big hammer 🙂
