Having the Olympic lifts as part of a wod is one of the eternal discussions among trainers. They are complicated and not really suited for multiple repetitions. Especially not if you are a novice lifter.
Today’s wod solved the problem in an elegant fashion. 4 min with only double unders and power snatch. Even if your lifting is shit , you can’t do to much damage 😜
Gaby is a good lifter. She has learned bit by bit.
I scaled the workout perfectly and ended up with two rounds each 4 min 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
