På Bryggen er det veldig bra trøkk fortiden. Vi er ikke mer en 10% flere en i sommer, men det føles som 40%
2-3 parallelle timer får tavlen til å se sånn ut
…. Nå er det fredag klokken er 17.00 Kom nettopp inn på “Bryggen” og Thierry sier : “Can you make the blog ” – Yes I’ll finish it now. “No I mean for today”
I’m behind blog schedule That’s hell
You have no idea how much time we spend on this blog
Anyways … The weightlifting at Bryggen is super duper good.
Per is a super good lifter, and a super good coach. That’s not given. Most good athletes can’t coach at all.
On top of that he is not against crossfit like a lot of power lifters and weightlifters are (cause they don’t understand it) He his a good crossfiter High five
for Per !
Here he is in the comp class !
Elin doing leg-less rope climbs
Another great coach is Henrik. It’s unbelievable how much he knows about training in general. We have endless discussions about how to best go about it. The problem is: the more you learn , the more difficult it gets to find an answer
His classes are poplar
And he likes showing 1 and 2 fingers with both hands. Alternating style
And ….. The team wod was great. Hard to make the timecap. But that’s the whole point with a timecap:)
