Tirsdag: “Incredible Hulk” and Mobility with Tom

Snorre’s Hell Week day II started with a slow cooking warm up. Followed by a bear complex inspired amrap. Did not see many happy faces four minutes into the wod. 


Then Tom came with his crazy ninja mobility moves. Mobility = flexibility + strength. It’s not easy to be strong in horrible positions 🙂  After class Tom Joined Bryggen Pole Dancers
