“Im a happy go lucky ray of fucking sunshine”
I was planing to write about us crossfiters doing: “Constantly varied functional movements” and why it’s difficult to discuss what we do with for example weightlifting or powerlifting coaches. Greg Everett, being an all American weightlifting champ and CrossFit Box owner explains it really well.
Ps : I read this book twice without setting a new PR in the snatch, so actually lifting something might be important to 😂
But then Julie came with her t-shirt😜 Julie’s Instagram is really fun. Always cool pictures. I decided to get a picture when she was not so happy anymore. Thought it would be cool for her Instagram.
I short of managed that , but then she was shining again 😄
Teaming up with a super positive person has its ups and downs 😂
Here is the point;
After class Julie said ; “Bryggens Instagram really sucks”
(I could not agree more. We post stuff randomly often with three weeks in between posts)
Julie used to have 30.000 followers before she deleted the account. Soooooo … she is off the “live your life on Instagram” train, but she knows more about it than most, and she is willing to help CrossFit Bryggen a little bit 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 If our insta all of a sudden looks like somebody knows what they are doing. Then you know why 😜
She instantly posted to pictures to liven it up a bit, and brake up the boring repetition 💙
