The last thing I did before leaving you all 😭😭 was the wod. It was great.

Nobody took any pictures so …. that gives me the opportunity to gossip a little. CrossFit Åsane aka CrossFit Boxen could not make it work. Sky Fitness are better off doing what they do best I guess. Running a CrossFit Box is a whole other ballgame.

CrossFit Bryggen are now the only of “the original gyms”, and going good. We should be proud of that 👍🏻
