CrossFit Bryggen introduces triple unders in a wod!


Team two workout with a looot of jumping and KB movements but also a little of bodyweight stuff.

Once again many people in the morning class!

Cool atmosphere during the day with lot of fun for “Bryggensere” to try out to get a triple under one at a time!

Working out in a team allows you to get this extra motivation and sharing the repetitions makes your life easier.
