First of all. Big thanks to Bryggen powerlifting club!!! The club wanted to thank the CF Bryggen members that helped carry the heavy gas bottles at Hurtigruten. So we got two air bikes 🚴 as a present 🎁 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Veronica was so happy about the “hell machine” she tried to use it before it was out of the box 🙂

Per did a great job today. He had “lifting with Per” then “comp train with Per” then Last “workout of the day” class.

Since Per was so helpful, Bryggen was able to represent at Adams book release. We have lots of members from Adams matkasse, also Adam him self. Or rabdo Adam as we call him now. His mother said I should be glad it was Crossfit Christiania that did it, and not us 😂 ( He will be fine)

Adam started the evening by saying that there are 900.000 single people in Norway. This book is for them. That means me, so he gave me one. One coffee Baylee’s in the morning , and dinner for one in the evening. I have to divide by two. Which means that there are 450.000 women out there for me, If I’m willing to take em all😜 Minus the 10 % that are gay. (Since we don’t live in Tsjetsjenia) So roughly 400.000 then 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
