We have this workout few times a year.

It’s a good one to judge your level of conditioning.

Mentally it’s hard because it seems endless.

Once again you need to keep being consistant and repeat the same number of reps all the way long and work under the red zone.

Of course it’s hard.

Snorre said that if he wasn’t in the class surrounded by people he would have gave up after 10 minutes.

That is one of these workouts that when the bell rings everyone is on the floor breathless.

No one loves it that’s why it’s a good one.

Per has his weightlifting class today.

Cool atmosphere.

Henke and his Kettlebell class was also an EMOM tonight.
