Last day for the qualifying process and many people came.

That was super chaotic but good fun!

Nice to watch all the different profiles attending this event and personally I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen Saturday.

The”tavlewod” today was intense with running, double unders and increasing unbroken deadlifts in an EMOM style.

Saturday evening I’d like to organize a post competition evening open for the competitors but also the cheering crowd!
