Today I had a beginners course. I have one whenever I feel like it. 😀

This time 16 people came !!! 13 of them were girls, so I guess Elexia are packed with boys these days 🙂

What a change in the mind set of the younger population. I grew up with girls doing body pump and boys trying to be Arnold. Now the girls are doing Olympic Weightlifting and train like animals, while the boys are stuck in the 80’s.

We had a good time. Thierry made me talk less and “play” more. They liked that. I think we got 16 new members. 😀

Be nice to the beginners. It’s fun to see them grow. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
