The Norwegian championship in indoor rowing took place in BERGEN. “Gyms in Bergen” had their own class. With our rowing instructor as team leader we won the whole thing !! 👏🏻👏🏻👻

Bring a friend was a true chipper today. Magnus Hopland gave me random movements he can do with his arms , and I made a workout from them 🙂
