(Rotation = The runner will rest, rest must work and work must run.)

Finish each task as a team before mowing on to the next.

150 Front Squat
150 Push Press from behind the neck
150 Thrusters
150 Floor Wipers
150 Burpee Jumps over the bar ( no clapping)
