Today’s wod was from Comptrain : 3 AMRAPs of 3 minutes with Double Unders, Deadlifts & Burpees. You could scale it as you wanted in weight and on the number of DU. The goal is to get better anyway. I believe it was fun. 😃👌🏻 #SmilyFaceAndHeartMadeWithTheFingers
The morning classes with Roland had a “wake up time” at first part which was most welcome as it’s Monday!
Joakim “Jokkis” was teasing around saying he was the best but exploded on the DU. Nothing new. 😜
Then Roland came for the last class. He is saying to who wants to believe that he is out of shape and then …💥 he smashed the wod💥 . Pretty smart.
Then Kristin Tuva asked Bjørnar to take over her rowing class 🚣 (do I need to recommend it one more time?) because she had an important meeting at the NASA or with the King Harald … something important to do.
We can see on the picture that Bjørnar tries to explain the wod and only Atle is paying attention (with the eyes of a killer). Meanwhile Sofie is imitating a monkey 🐵 or something like that.
At 19 we also have the KB class with Henke who forgot his “trainer shirt”. #BecauseHeDoesntWearUniformLikeFuckingNazi 😂
* this expression means that when the “boss” is not there the others are doing what they want (so they are probably not very serious). I’m thinking about Snorre of course who was driving back home today most probably under the influence of coffee-Bailey’s which he buys par packs of 15 in Vinmonopolet.
