Sneaky WOD. Loaded pulls and presses back and forth directly into body weight push and light pull. Nicely designed if the goal is to get really tired 😓

When this is the “coaches notes” it’s not possible for anybody to borrow the rowers really quick to do the wod during our warm up. And really … we would you?
I would appreciate if everybody booked on class and did the wod in the main room from now on.
