“Snorres 5 weeks of boring hard work” started today. 15 heavy squats followed by a triplet with easy movements.

Warming up and squatting 3×5 in 20 minutes is a run against the clock ⏰

The girls at Bryggen are really good lifters.

I’m fully aware that heavy cleans are the shining light in the heavy explosive balance and coordination category. BUT , what if you don’t care to practice the Olympic lifts enough. What if you can front squat 100 kg from a rack , but can’t clean more than 60 kg. And you can swing the Kettlebell over and over without hook grip problems and brake down in form. And jump up on a box no problem. Then today’s workout was great for you. It was great no matter what , but especially for you.

And it’s nice with no thinking . Just get really tired.

Power Cleans, box jumps and KB swing are same same , but different.
