After three days with; “How to run a sustainable CrossFit Box” Only one advice stayed the same. -No “egentrening” in the room where you have classes.
Since I’m starting to burn out my self, and already burned out Roland. I’m guessing it’s a good advice.
It’s not that big of a deal. You have full access when I don’t have classes, in the weekends and your own room for individual training. I’m guessing Bryggen is top 99% freedom for the members in the world.
The workout was challenging today. Strict time schedule and tricky moves to explain. I tried my best. What more can you do.
