Cool wod on the paper but just explaining it and I was done!

  • Thrusters
  • Power Snatches
  • Push Jerks
  • Hang Squat Cleans
  • Overhead Squats

If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a little while then you could handle it and think about what weight you would work with.

For the beginners …

At every classes, even after showing and repeating the movements in the warm up, when came the workout I’ve seen lots of lost souls asking me :

  • Thrusters is the squat with a wide grip?
  • Can’t remember … what’s a Power Clean Snatch?
  • Push Jerk starting position is from the floor?

And I became that dancing coach with my broom stick repeating the movements all the time to everyone according to what they were supposed to do.

  • Where are you now?
  • Power Snatch.
  • But you’re doing a Thruster! Do this way.

I’ve never sweat that much as a trainer, completely dead. Big time.

So tomorrow BAF needs to be easy because I’m in charge!

I guess you guys had enough barbells movements for the week! 😂
