Today was the last day of Front Squat in our strength program.
We decided to take away 2 sessions as most of you are tired (physically and mentally).
But the results are here.
I received messages from some persons saying that they are happy as they improved their max.
Monday will be the last day for the Shoulder Press too.
Then we will have a little bit of Snatch and Clean practice next Wednesday and Friday and then the Open will start! Remember to sign up! Everyone should do it!
The conditioning part today was an Open workout with Deadlift and Box Jumps.
I’m not really fan of Deadlift + intensity but it’s a movement of CrossFit so we have to use it. So my speech today was “forget the board and try not to make this 1 more rep to beat your friend but screw your back and be out of the game before the Open”.
Today was a heavy day. Have some rest and enjoy the weekend.
