You guys were so beautiful yesterday, so smiling and happy.
But today … that was another story!
I was checking the bookings in Mindbody at night and then in the morning and about half of you had cancelled.
Tough night I suppose.
So I changed the workout for something we had the day after our Juleball last November.
“Décrassage” meaning take the dirt away.
You know what dirt I’m talking about.
Rowing, running, double unders and burpees.
Can’t make it better to sweat it all.
I’m thinking that maybe it’s going to be a traditional wod post big event.
Because even if it was hard for all of us, with the excess of the National Day and the lack of sleep, our results were better than in November!
And this is really positive.
Even though you felt like you had no energy, like you were slow like never, the work pays out.
Your work at the gym pays out.
Keep this in mind : you are doing great, you are way better than yesterday and yet to become a better version of yourself soon.
We are what we think and we are amazing.
