This workout was originally made by Remi Sture with 100 kg bench press. I made a variation with press , so we could do it as a wod.
Stephanie is one of our "new" members. She came to us from Dubai and Scotland. ( I don't know the whole story) But I know she is a very cool girl, and a very friendly and positive addition to the community.
