Today we had a fantastic WoD, which really didn’t give many places to hide. A weightlifting element was paired with the hated „BBJO”, and some gymnastics was thrown in as well. It was probably the best example, that even though you need to scale down some of the movements, you can push yourself, have a great workout and leave it all out there. Big shout-out for Øyvind for almost chasing down the legend, Roland’s time 😛  I tried to emphasize during the warm-up that keeping good form and proper technique under fatigue is the most important in CrossFit, and many of you did a great job paying attention to it!
