Lise Sirnes Aspenes is currently on loan to a series of different crossfit boxes around the world. 

  
This week the tiny box in Florida and all its members challenged Reebok Crossfit Bryggen. It was not “crossfit light”  We are exausted. 

  
By coincidence, Dawn and Zack from Florida visited Bryggen today. They had to do the wod off course. Dawn doesn’t like Florida any more 🙂 

  
It’s important to plan the workout, go full speed, and high five when finished.
