Today was no different than any other Saturday. Bring a friend classes are something special, people are always super happy and seem to have a lot of fun! I really enjoy having bring a friend, it puts me in a good mood, and maybe it’s contagious to the class! 😁

After 3 x Bring a friend it’s time for Mr.Gabors famous competition class, today I finally had the opportunity to join 😁 Gabor is a brilliant Coach, very patient and detail oriented. And also a pretty good athlete, he’s consistency in proper technique is something people should look up to 👍🏽🏋🏻‍♂️ here is a picture of the class and one of Gunn getting praised by the class 😜
