Nice day !!! I really like if we have “A” and “B” workouts that they are connected somehow. Today we had “Squat Snatch” followed by “Power Snatch” Gave me the time and opportunity to talk about the difference. And made the new members more confident during part B. Great workout with lots of great efforts 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Celine twisted here ankle today. It was bad. She came down from the toes2bar and landed on something on the floor 😫😫😫

Mia had to drive her home 🏡 Can you all pleas stop 🛑 leaving 2,5kg, the hooks from the rack, foam rollers, and other shit inside the racks. It’s the fifth time in few months this happens. Now she will be out of training just because of general messyness 😕
