Today a great thinker and a great person died. I knew him so it made me sad when I heard it on the radio. I could not drive down to Bryggen crying, so I turned right towards Åsane instead. Called Øystein since I felt better and was really close to the crossfit åsane box 📦. He said : come and join the beginners course. So I did. The course was great !!! Very similar to what we are doing. Made me happy to be part of the beginners 😂 – Thanks Øystein

Per Fugelli was the voice of the less fortunate. He provoked a lot of people. But his message has made Norway a better place. He was a fucker 🙂 Rest In Peace ✌🏻

When I came back from CFÅ my day turned even better. The #### cruise ship was leaving, and Gabors Workout Of the Day was great 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
