In the old days we decided the workouts day by day. We did all workouts ourselves so we had a good idea how the members felt. We also had this rule; One named benchmark wod a week. “Helen” was our favorite choice. Good weather… HELEN. To much shoulders … HELEN. Need a short workout… HELEN 👏🏻👏🏻😆

The “Fitness” class with Emilie was packed. The quality of the class, and the trainers effort, goes wayyyy up when you have few classes. I really enjoyed watching her helping everybody with something 🙏🏻🤗
