Remember you can NOT bring friends to the workouts! They can start with the beginners classes and then with the fundamental classes before people can join WOD’s.
This is for everyone’s benefit. Classes will become slow due to the instructor taking all the time to teach a movement. Safety becomes a issue if we dont. And also its a lot of time and effort to spend on peeps that we may never see again. So lets all go through the correct channels. Better for all!
