This weekend seven samurais from the city of seven mountains traveled seven hours to enter the “321 GO!” in the city of lions.

And we did well !!!!!

Helle took second place. Thor Håkon won the masters followed by Ole at second.

Im always proud when our members compete. Not because we always do so well, cause we don’t 🙂

But, Bryggen always shows the world what crossfit is all about.

Nothing much to comment here besides the fact that the judges in Oslo are focusing on the wrong things. (It’s called the Marcus syndrome) And that Dush, being the 2017 champion in that area, shows us how to 1968 protest while working out 🏋🏿‍♀️
