We did a Deadlift / pull up workout today.

5 x 75% Max Deadlifts
2 min
10 x chest 2 bar pullups / pullups for girls.
3 min
5 x deads
4 min
10 x pull….etc
for 20 mins work.
Some great results but lots of work to do to get back up to speed.
