Many years ago a guy from London came to CrossFit Bryggen. He did Level 1 at CrossFit Bergen. He wanted to lift but ended up admiring Per squatting 200 for reps instead.

Now 10 years later he is back. He decided not to go the crossfit way. He is now a Starting Strength coach. (One of the few. Being personally passed by Mark Rippetoe in Texas. )
So lots of squats and very little burpee’s later … Here he is ;
