I’m having a hard time making y’all understand that the «point of the workout». The stimulus they are after. Whatever you like to call it.

It is different from day to day. Running the 400 m in 43 seconds is not the same as walking the same distance with a 60 kg slam ball. Both great workouts. Not the same.
