Saturday: Grip Strength and Girls on Snapchat
Owning a crossfit gym is not boring. Here’s an example.
I got up eat breakfast and drove Sara down to Bryggen for «Olympic Weightlifting with Robin». Roland was having «Bring a friend» so I said hello to a new face. He was a triathlete so we ended up discussing «what is fitness» before class.
Me, Marcus and Sara drove up to Odin Powerlifting Club to support Monica. Talking to Powerlifters about fitness is different than tri persons 🙂 Monica did well and Isabel from CrossFit Kystby pulled 200 in the deadlift !!! That’s f### awesome 😎
While all this was happening snaps kept poring in. The Bryggen girls where competing in Oslo. They did well. Makes me happy that Crossfit breeds awesomeness 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
After all of this me and Henrik needed some «man time» We met up at Bryggen and trained our grip strength. Why ? Cause grip strength is really important. It makes everything easier. The harder you are able to grip the bar the more muscle you activate. More control over the movements and the ability to lift whatever.

After that I went home. I was tired after a long work day. Or was it work ? I’m not sure and I don’t really care 😆
