Workout of the Weekend!

2 Teams, one person each station

+ Lunge 30m forward 30m backward (sets the pace)

+ Rest

+ Kettlebell Swing 24/16

+ Row (m)

+ Thruster 40/30

+ Russian twists

(last WOD also had box jumps because they were 7 each group)

Saturdays have a bit of a reputation for being very hard ass workouts. Today did not let us down! Keep up the great work peeps. Enjoy your Sunday!
