Mondays WOD was a tuffy!
1st workout of the London Throwdown!
Today I put the first workout of the competition in as the daily WOD.
75 Thrusters 35 / 25
75 Burpee hop over bar
75 Pull ups
Break up as needed. Scale as needed.
A couple of people mange the RX with some pretty good times. Burpees killed everyone! There was no easy way to break this up. It was crazy work trying to get through it.
